240h Teacher Training - Teach from Embodiment, Not Imitation

This training isn’t about memorising sequences - it’s about understanding the body, the practice, and yourself on a deeper level.

You’ll learn to teach with clarity, intelligence and authenticity: grounded in anatomy, functional movement, philosophy, breathwork and your own embodied experience.

A pleasure to meet you!

I 'm Svenja, a practitioner and teacher of a holistic yoga, movement and handstand/inversion practice.

So far I have taught more than 4300 hours of yoga classes, workshops and retreats all over the world and I’m more than grateful that I can share all the knowledge, the good, and the peace my practice had brought into my life.


But as much as I already learned, I still consider myself a student of my own abilities and needs, my body and mind, my emotions and temperament, my disorders and aberrations, my way of calming the fluctuations of my mind and finding contentment.


I love blending yoga with functional movements and other influences to create a  holistic and balanced practice  - but still mindful and focused, helping you finding yourself connected to yourself and in the present moment.


Practicing, breathing, feeling, sweating, failing, learning, growing! Because that‘s the point, isn‘t it?
