Discover yourself and your practice anew while connecting to the beauty of egyptian nature in all its facets - from ocean to desert.


There could hardly be a better space for this than in this beautiful, natural and sustainable hotel directly by the sea.

You can expect dynamic and creative yoga sessions (Flow, strength, flexibility and mobility practice) and workshops (like arm balances, handstand, therapeutic use, breathwork, meditation) designed with heart and mind, an amazing place with that offers adventures like diving, quad or mountain bike tours in the desert, a lot of sport facilities and culture, a great community and wonderful, healthy, self-planted food.


In our everyday life we often experience that our obligations and our to-dos take over and we live separated from our own body and our needs. Therefore, this retreat is designed to give you the space and time to notice yourself again and let your body and intuition take the lead.

And at the same time just enjoy life to the fullest!

The Location

Mövenpick Resort El Quseir

A place you will not want to leave anymore

A beautiful and unique resort located at the Red Sea in Egypt - close to nature, sustainable, animal-friendly. Just not a typical place!


The Resort has a private beach and offers beautiful rooms with a private entry and terrace, a main and three other a la carte restaurants, two big pool, a gym and other sport facilities (see below), its own diving center, a spa, a big garden and 3 yoga places.


The Food


Fresh, healthy, grounding and insanely delicious food with ingredients from their own resort garden!

The food is prepared fresh daily for our group and will be served as a buffett.

Yoga spaces, Spa and Sport facilities


The Resort provides three yoga spaces: one shala in the garden, one yoga deck on the beach and a  yoga and meditation space inside with ocean view.


It also offers:

  • a gym
  • tennis
  • squash
  • montain bikes (extra charge)
  • a diving and snorkeling center
  • Quad tour starting in front of the resort
  • things like table tennis, billard and more

Included services:

  • 7 nights in a beautiful hotel directly by the sea, surrounded by nature
  • half board incl. daily brunch and diner, coffee and tea in the room
  • daily yoga sessions (changing focus and intensity) and workshops like arm balances, handstand, pranayama, partner therapeutics and more - at least 2 sessions per day
  • tour to the desert
  • three different yoga spaces - two outdoor and shaded, one indoor
  • several pools
  • fitness room
  • sport facilities like tennis, paddle ball, table tennis
  • transfer at the afternoon from Hurghada or Marsa Alam Airport to the hotel and back to the Airport (times will be planned with me)

Prices:

  • Shared double room with private bathroom: 1399€ per person
  • Single room with private bathroom: 1699€

All prices include accommodation, brunch, diner, daily yoga sessions and workshops (min. two sessions), a tour  to the desert, use of gym and the transfers from Hurghada or Marsa Alam Airport to the hotel and back


Payment plan:

  • deposit (upon registration): 50% of the price (nonrefundable)
  • the full amount is due 6 weeks before arrival

I recommend a travel insurance for your savety



Cancellation terms and due dates:

  • from booking up to 6 months before the beginning of the retreat: 50% of the retreat price will be charged
  • from 6 months up to 3 months before the start of the retreat: 80% of the price
  • from 2 months up to 1 month before the start of the retreat: 100% of the price



A day could look like this:

  • 7.30am: Meditation, Pranayama (voluntary, partly independent)
  • 8am: morning practice (75-90min)
  • around 10.00am: brunch, healthy and fresh, mainly vegetarian and vegan, but also other wishes possible
  • from 11.00am: free time, option for joint excursions or own activities
  • later afternoon: 2nd session: changing topics like inversion/handstand workshop, restorative practice, partner therapeutics, nature-based pranayama practice and more
  • approx. 7pm/7.30pm: dinner, healthy and fresh, mainly vegetarian and vegan, but also other wishes possible
  • free time for common end, own activities or silence
