Let’s get upside down!
Join me on the mat for this special Flow-Workshop series where we discover several different arm balances/inversions.
But you will not only learn a pose - my wish is giving you the opportunity to discover, deepen and understand it.
This series includes 7 classes. All classes will be recorded and open to ALL LEVELS.
Each class is 45-60min, includes a warm up, preparation, strengthening and stretching excercises (all specialized for the pose), how to enter and leave the pose, technique tips, practice of the pose and tips how to integrate it in your flows and for your home practice.
Topics will be:
05.02. - Crow Pose variations (Crow, Side Crow and Koundinyasana I out of side crow, one legged crow)
12.02. - Headstand (different variations and transitions)
16.02. - funky Armbalances (Koundinyasana II, funky crow and pincha)
26.02. - Flying pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana), Grasshopper
04.03. - Chin Stand
11.03. - L-seat, elephants trunk pose, ashtavakrasana
18.03. - Forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana)
The classes are open to ALL LEVELS. A variety of level and intensity options will be offered.
The classes will be recorded and you will receive the video a few hours after the class. You will have access to all videos of the series for 3 months.
