In our everyday life we often experience that our obligations and our to-dos take over and we live separated from our own body and our needs. Therefore, this retreat is designed to give you the space and time to notice yourself again and let your body and intuition take the lead.

This retreat is an exclusive retreat with very personal support in a much smaller group than normal.

The maximum number of participants is 11!

Program


Wednesday

- From 3pm: Arrival, check into your room

- 5pm: Meeting on the hotel terrace, get to know each other, welcome drink

- Explore the surroundings, free time

- around 7pm: dinner together


Thursday 

- Free morning, time for breakfast/brunch, healthy and fresh, mainly vegetarian, vegan on request, but other requests also possible

- 11am: Flow practice 90min

- Free time, possibility for joint excursions or own activities

- 5.00pm: arm balance/inversion workshop part 1 (90min), followed by soft mobility (30min)

- around 19.30h: dinner

- free time to finish together, own activities or silence


Friday 

- 7.45am: Meditation, Pranayama (voluntary, independent)

- 8am: Morning practice (75 min)

- 9.30 am: breakfast/brunch, healthy and fresh, mainly vegetarian, vegan on request, but other requests also possible

- from 11am: free time, possibility for joint excursions or own activities

- 5.00pm: arm balance/inversion workshop part 2 (90min), followed by the end of the practice in nature

- around 19.30h: dinner

- Free time to finish together, own activities or silence


Saturday 

- 7.45am: Meditation, Pranayama (voluntary, independent)

- 8am: Morning practice (75min) and exchange (30min)

- approx. 10am: breakfast/brunch, healthy and fresh, mainly vegetarian, vegan on request, but other requests also possible

- from 11am: free time, possibility for joint excursions or own activities

- 4.30pm: Handstand workshop part 1 (150min)

- around 19.30h: dinner

- free time to finish together, own activities or silence


Sunday 

- 8.15am: meditation, pranayama (voluntary, independent)

- 8.30am: Morning practice (75 min)

- approx. 9.30am: breakfast/brunch, healthy and fresh, mainly vegetarian, vegan on request, but other requests also possible

- from 11am: free time, possibility for joint excursions or own activities

- 5.00pm: handstand workshop part 2 (75min) and resorative practice (45min)

- around 19.30h: dinner

- free time to finish together, own activities or silence


Monday

- 8am: short final practice (60min)

- afterwards: breakfast, farewell and departure
