This class includes a lot of tips out of Svenja’s personal practice. You will experience your practice in a different way and play with new shapes. There will be a lot of options and learnings for different arm balances.

13.00-16.15 - Handstand workshop - all levels.

no previous experience is necessary!

The workshop is open to all levels and suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.

Depending on the level we will cover:

- Basics and familiarization with the handstand 

- Understanding the physiology of the handstand

- Tips for building strength, practicing safely, and protecting joints

- Technique tips and training (how do I get in? How do I get out? What is important? What do I need to practice on? How do I get the right handstand line?)

- exercises for coordination and control of your own body and weight

- for advanced: different handstand entries, drills and variation possibilities

Conditions for cancellation

Cancellation deadline and charged fees:
- 60 days or more before the workshop: 30% of the price

- 60 to 30 days before the workshop:: 50% of the price
- 30 to 14 days before the workshop: 70% of the price
- less than 14 days before the workshop: full price
